The internet loves to complain… Most owners haven’t had any problems, there are more 996’s on the road compared to past Porsche’s…any issue will be amplified. IMS? Not a big deal in most cases.
Durable Interiors that don’t get the credit they deserve!
I’ve heard it said many times that the 996’s interior is not up to standards. Interesting.. I don’t see many cracked dashboards on them. I’ve restored many Porsche’s, I can tell you that the interiors (especially dashboards) are better than most of its competitors.
